The way I look at it, the more you try to push your beliefs on someone, the more they will resist.
Ahmed, I really think that you understood the essay very well. If they choose to ignore them, then they will not suffer. I was quick to think that an old white southerner with family ties to the Prejydice would automatically be against the idea of befriending a pfejudice person.
