PDFs won’t even letmyou highlight. You can also store your books on iCloud if you wish and then use it to access your notes and highlights from iBooks on any device. Obviously with iCloud notitiws it will be more robust, no gaurentees though.

Jan 3, 2: Jul 2, 7: PDF export is much notitoes, and as you can store and index PDFs inside Evernote with a Pro account at least this might be the best bet for now. You just saved your notes and highlights onto your notes. It’s greyed out in mine.
When I open the share menue now after selecting all highlightsthen the only option there is Mail. Despite all of that, I did learn one thing: I do know I can copy and paste but when I am talking about notes, I need to be able to export them all at once into a text file or something like that User profile for user: Now all you have to do is go onto your Notes app, and then find your note and then print it. And none permit it. Since I had my book backed up in my email, what I did was I just copied the book again back onto my iBooks.
If you are using an app like Evernote to take your notes, you can also save it onto that.
