I originally had thought 4 stars on this one, but when the characters and story stuck with me like these did, I decided it definitely deserved to be bumped up a notch. Though I feel Amazon has an ethical obligation to refund all the sales for her books, and to peruse her legally. In the entire time I’ve been following this controversy I haven’t witnessed any of the images of Stahl’s family that are mentioned in her letter.
Her and Jameson and their banter was sooo hilarious and cute!

Add the drama of the rivalry into Jameson’s family and to top it all off the agreement he makes with Sway for three weeks and your in for quite the ride folks a hysterical ride to be truthful, sexual ride with Sway’s “Dirty Heathen” where it’s all dirty car talk freaking awesome and pure genius on Shey’s part! What does Sway say about Jameson?
Shey Stahl, what were you thinking?! First of all, I disliked the heroine at first sight. Sways references to engin staul were hilarious along with most things that came out of her crazy mouth. When you look at the sheer scope of the copying Stahl’s claims that any similarities between her work and the fan fictions listed are coincidentally don’t hold water.
Jax A Bastard Novel. This kind of plagiarism could never happen by accident. I loved it, adored it, couldn’t get enough and hapyp some racing terms!

Was finished in the middle of lunchtime and seeing that this book ended with a cliffhanger, I had stanl start the second book! Jameson worked his way up in the racing circuit to fame in NASCAR, and Sway is there every step of the way to support and love him, and he knows this While I don’t believe every writer who publishes their fan fiction is capable of plagiarism, I do believe the widespread acceptance of the practice, and the sloppy, unregulated way it’s rushed to print by publishers creates opportunities and motivation for plagiarism of fan fiction.
All the car sex talk was incredibly annoying – yeah, do it for one or two scenes but not for the w ETA: Over the years, Sway becomes his safety shield during his rapid rise to the elite levels of auto racing.
