NISA sent an e-mail to everyone who pre-purchased this game saying they would refund the money since the game would be cheaper now.

I went to the shop to buy it again and the artbook was a separate Disgwea, not free, and I don’t know how I’m supposed to claim it for free once I’ve bought the game?
